Zonelets (Starter Files)

Zonelets is a simple HTML blogging engine with scrappy, DIY spirit! I made it because I really want everyone to blog, but I felt that the existing options were generally overcomplicated and commercially-focused in a way that made web creativity feel intimidating and arcane. The idea that only experts can mess with the internet outside of social media benefits powerful (and generally evil) tech companies at the expense of ordinary people!

Zonelets can be used "out of the box" for people who just want to blog. But those interested in the inner-workings of the net might also enjoy tinkering with Zonelets' beginner-friendly HTML and CSS to add features or create fun new visual themes.
